Emmaus Ministries Virtual Walk and Challenge is a fitness challenge and wonderful Fourth Day event that invites participants to walk in body, mind, and spirit the distance between Jerusalem and Emmaus like the two disciples. This walk is approximately seven miles (11.5 kilometers) or 14,000 steps. Participants earn “footprint” points by logging steps, spiritual practices, and other activities that lead to physical and spiritual wellness. A leaderboard will track those in the lead.
